I did a 16 star run on this emulator at some point, but it was denied, and I didn't think much of it. But now that I think about it, its loading times, lag and basically everything else is ¤very¤ similar to console. Could anyone explain why it's a banned emu?

Because Project 64 1.6 is the only allowed emulator due to it being the most accurate.
