A very quick guide for when you know the run pretty well and just need a reminder of what to do next. Organized by how I have my splits setup, and up-to-date as of March 2022

Helgen

• Get to and go through Helgen Keep

Throat of the World

• Run to Anise's Cabin, Riverwood, and Pelagia's Farm. Guard skip to Dragonsreach
• Fast travel to Pelagia's farm, and take carriage to Windhelm
• Steal horse, fast travel to Riverwood
• Horse parkour to Throat of the World
• Fast travel to Anise's cabin

Bleak Falls Barrow

• Ride to the Barrow, run through Barrow, kill and loot Arvel, kill and loot boss
• Fast travel to Dragonreach

Mirmulnir

• Talk to jarl and court wizard
• Run to the western watchtower, fast travel and take Whiterun carriage to Winterhold
• Fast travel to watchtower, kill and loot dragon
• fast travel to and take carriage to Marketh, Riften, Solitude, and Morthal
• Fast travel to High Hrothgar

Greybeards

• Go through first part, and then get Whirlwind Sprint
• Fast travel to Marketh

Sky Haven + Ustengrav

• run to Karthspire and to the jumps to Sky Haven Temple
• Fast travel to Morthal
• Run/whirlwind to Ustengrav
• Run/whirlwind through Ustengrav
• Fast travel to Riverwood

Sohloknir

• Talk to Delphine a bunch, steal wines
• Fast travel to Windhelm and run to dragon mound
• Kill and loot dragon
• Talk to Delphine
• Fast travel to Riverwood

Embassy

• Talk to Delphine
• Fast travel to Solitude
• Guard warp in and go talk to Malborn
• Fast travel to Delphine and talk to her to go to Embassy
• Go through Embassy, stealing wines
• Go through next part, kill and loot guard, escape
• Fast travel to Riften

Esbern + Alduin's Wall

• Guard warp into Riverwood
• Aggro guard and run/wine through the Ratway and Warrens, get Esbern, and guard warp out
• Fast travel to Riverwood
• Esbern and Delphine talk, steal more wine, and fast travel to Skyhaven
• Get inside temple, get Dragonsbane, get through convo
• Fast travel to Winterhold

Septimus + Elder Scroll

• Aggro guard, get jailed, escape, run to Septimus's hideout
• Steal both things off of Septimus
• Fast travel to Winterhold
• Run/whirlwind to Raldbthar, then through Raldbthar Deep Market
• Run/jump through Market, do puzzle, go down to Blackreach
• Run/whirlwind through Blackreach to Tower of Mzark entrance
• Do puzzle and get the Elder Scroll, leave
• Fast travel to Hrogthgar

Clear Skies + Alduin

• Talk to Arngeir, and then get Clear Skies from him
• Fast travel to the Throat of the World
• Talk to Parthnuux, then read scroll
• After cutscene fight Alduin
• Fast travel to Hrothgar, fast travel back to Throat of the World, and talk to Parthnuux
• Fast travel to Dragonsreach

Peace Council

• Talk to the jarl
• Fast travel to Hrothgar and talk to Argneir
• Fast travel to Solitude and talk to Tullius
• Fast travel to Windhelm and talk to ulfric
• Fast travel to Hrothgar, do the long freakin council meeting
• Talk to Esbern, steal wine, leave
• Fast travel to Dragonsreach

Odahving + Skuldafn

• Steal wine and catch Odahving
• Talk to Odahving, fast travel to Dragonsreach, magically appear at Skuldafn
• Parkour to Sovengarde portal, jump in!

Sovengarde

• Run/whirlwind/wine to Tsun and fight him
• Run to Hall of valor, go in and out doors
• Run to heros, clear skies
• Dragonrend and kill Alduin!
