Major Skip for Any% that skips 5 levels and 2 dungeons at Alpha Island during Azuria section of the run. Make sure you have Cat's Hat worn or in reserve before setting sail to Alpha Island.

Essentially you hit cutscene trigger near the Octopus Statue whilst OoB to make the game think you just completed the Alpha Temple.
