Yesterday, live, I made multiple attempts at a Neutral Glitchless in Undertale. I'm planning to upload the VOD to youtube but I had a few questions.

Can I send the full VOD with a timestamp to the final attempt or do I have to edit my VOD and keep only the final attempt? Is there a limit on how many attempt I can send in a certain amount or time? (Like 1 per day or something)?

Best practice is to cut the video so it only includes the attempt where you got a personal best. Submitting the full VOD with a timestamp is fine, though.

There is no limit to how often you can submit runs (unless there's some rate limit that effects new users specifically - if you run into something like that just try again later). Although, personally if I get multiple PBs in a single day I prefer to only submit the best one from that day, I just see no value in uploading and submitting all of them.

In general I wouldn't worry too much about wasting the moderators' time, they know what they signed up for. Obviously don't waste their time on purpose, but yeah.
