Runs have to have video to be submitted, yeah

Thanks for getting back to me. I've seen some games with no video proof and I was just wondering if this series was one of them.

^ Why should splits ever be necessary? If there's an intact video, that's all you need. Splits are a relatively new phenomenon to speedrunning and should never be a prerequisite of a run VOD, in my opinion. They're a helpful tool for the runner to keep track of their progress and to provide constant information to the audience about the pace, and nothing more. They are not an intrinsic part of the run.
