using these strats, i don't think sub 49 will be possible, at the moment. also, the skip i used after grabbing the map, the one where you can jump over those furnishings right after the penny machine, is pretty useful since it saves like 2 seconds instead of running around the pillars. and i'm also curios if you can make that jump higher enough to not land on the furnishing, but landing directly on the floor on the other side. i guess that would save a little bit of time.
