Fairly sloppy at parts, but for a second run I think it's pretty ok. I was able to shave off 23s and 96ms from my original run

Updating Retiming Rules, and Looking for Verifiers!
Hey MyHouse runners,
Recently we have figured out how to properly retime runs. The Rules are as follows:
- level timer with milliseconds needs to be enabled
- time starts on the first frame time advances on the timer
- time ends depending on the category/ending, being:
