My final act before demodding myself is to restore my run back to its originally verified time, before this board decided to make an absolute mockery of speedrunning and completely destroy any interest I had in this game. I would ask that you not change it back, but I can't stop you.

Rule change for splash screen removal
Change: You are now allowed to remove the 5 splash screens, that plays when booting up the game, in the Cutscenes subcategory. It's optional, so if you wish to not do that I will simply retime those runs and remove the exact time needed.
