Is it allowed to do runs on Everdrive?

I would assume so, although I don't know what the reason for doing that would be

While the Everdrive is a huge magnet to software piracy, it is played on official hardware, meaning it should be good. Just don't edit the rom or enable any cheats.

But to be fair, the Wii version is superior to the N64 one, and I don't believe anyone bought it

As long as the ROM isn't edited in some way and cheats are not being used I don't see why it wouldn't be allowed. It would be the same as playing a normal cart on the Nintendo 64.

It's actually slower than playing on a normal cart because every time you reset you will have to go through the Everdrive menu.
