Normal course order cheat for All-Cup Tour
Is it allowed? I know gameplay-enhancing cheats like speed modifiers and stuff are banned but does this apply here?
With normal course order, one can use livesplit for this category.

Hello Double Dashers! Some of you may have noticed some changes on the leaderboards recently :) Here's a quick rundown:
Leaderboards have been divided into two different categories:
