CaffineMc And Fabric
(edit): i don't think i need API but i do need fabric is fabric allowed if i dont use fabric API
so I want to download sodium for minecraft so I can use it during speedruns to boost fps and performance/ However I've heard I need Fabric API to get it but I have heard Fabric API is banned for speedrunning how can I resolve this issue?

Only fabric loader is needed to install fabric and you put sodium in your mods folder do NOT use fabric api (sodium does not need it)
