For optimizing the run (especially for Any% run), i decided to make a Spirit Energy (SE) Mapping sheet for showing the number of SE that can be gathered throughout the run. By mapping the SE, runners can optimize the SE distribution during skill leveling, and also knowing the value of each encounter / scattered SE that runners can found during the run.
