In chapter2,after you burn the spirit money,you must hold your breath then pass the puppets to avoid their seize. But not all puppets area must keep holding breath,if you out of the red line area in the picture,you can just normally walk through.

In chapter4,when you enter the piano classroom,you can see Wei stand by the piano and when you walk to him,the scene will changed then you can leave the room. Actually,walk to Wei is unnecessary,the scene can still be changed after you walk through the red line in the picture.
