I switched between the steam version of btd6 and btd6 on my emmulator using alt + tab, I was technically both player 1 and 2. I hope that doesn't bother you.

No issue of you being both players as long as you showed the title screen on both accounts, which you did. Although for future runs, please do the main controlling on the Steam account instead of the emulator, just in case.
