Discord, so we can skype,IRC at once
I thought this may be a good idea as we can all chat together, easily

I actually have never used Discord, only heard about it. Is it basically a variation of Skype?
I disagree Jawibae. It is more like an IRC chat with loads of features and voice chat as well.
