5Into Darkness

Current WR: 7:34 Note: The WR run had some very sloppy execution and I straight up forgot what I had to do when. I managed a 7:20 before, but I lost the video proof for that.

Making an Entrance

position yourself to not get jostled shoot down two Nerds first 2 Harrys to the left of drawbridge 2 coming out of gate on right 1 more hard to hit Harry rushing from cover to cover further right (nickname: James Bond) 2 Harrys at the far left of drawbridge

looooong dialogue, throw away Lasgun + bolt pistol, grab extra Bolter mags from suitcase position at elevator (ignore lower button, it won't do a thing) pray to the God Emperor for companions to stop talking

Mad Dash

At some point flies appear, which you ignore. Then the elevator comes down to you, get on it and hit the button (careful it'll only activate up-motion once it's fully arrived)

[NOTE: here comes the hard part, have not really figured out how to get thru this consistently without dying or losing lots of time; possibly a way to shoot the ramp thing earlier from below?]

Slow down time, to door, kill what you must to avoid dying push button to open panel to pull lever to open door shoot button control with left hand bolter to open stuck door rush up ramp, shoot another button, to open control room, push button and go back down take a right now

Aegis Shield Tutorial

grab Rosarius and insta activate Aegis Shield and go thru fire in the next room, ignore enemies (Aegis Shield helps), shoot button to open door in this corridor, there's a Phazon pool, that you need shield to traverse ignore the 2 Cherries kill the first three Cherries and the green-eyed Larry (this spawns a Termy, a bunch more Harrys and opens the door for you, go thru the door with Aegis Shield) head to the sideways lift and push the button

to the Elevators

go up ramp, find spinning rotor blade and slow time, so you can shoot button go to the door on your left weave thru the barricades and take the first right and rush to the elevator and push button

first elevator room: buttonshooter

ignore all enmies, shoot button, and take next elevator up put Bolter in right hand

Second Elevator Room: Fight Club

grab the new shiny sword with left hand shoot down two flies and drop Bolter dualsword everything to death using Aegis and pure Skill once room is cleared, we can take next elevator up equip sword in right hand

Third Elevator Room: Safety Rip

left, then hug right, destroy cover with sword, rip out safety, door opens to mini-eleveator room, go up and holster weapon

Fourth Elevator Room: Safety Slot

hug right, grab two safeties and slot them in, use your fist to punch Harry if you need to, door opens to last min elevator

Fifth Elevator Room: Cogitators

3 Harrys on your right. Ignore the first one, kill the other two, push button kill 3 Harrys and one Nerd, kill another Barry that spawned behind you (swordthrow strat?) ignore spawning Khornies, wait for Termy and 2 more Harrys to open door to exit-elevator push button
