In the Category Extensions, Horsehead% is pretty much just Palace 1.

At this time, we don't have set rules for any Individual Dungeon runs, so boards for it will not be created for now.

There's already a first palace dungeon board over here though, https://www.speedrun.com/zelda2ce#Horsehead_Schmidtty

But the rules for that board is just to beat the boss, glitchless.
