Changed the rules to make it easier to Retime/Frame Count the Runs.

The Timer starts at the first blue or black screen after select your character.

The Timer ends at the "You are the New King of the Ring" Screen.

Since there were often misunderstandings about the timer, I think this is the easiest way to solve the problem. If you have any questions or suggestions let me know.
