I discovered I have a copy of Wii sports v1.00 I'm not a speedrunner myself but I do love seeing the community break records. I'm having the disc resurfaced right now so it may be several days before I get it back. If someone with a verified run in the all sports category does not own a copy of v1.00, I'm willing to ship it to you, just please compensate me in someway for the shipping AFTER you have received it. I'm not looking for a profit, just want to help get it in the hands of a runner that can't find a copy and has played before. Sorry I just made this account so I cannot private message for 1 week. If you do not live in the USA we will need to work something out because shipping might be a nightmare. Cryptocurrency after receiving it works great but I'll take whatever to compensate for the shipping. It depends where you live but this easily might only cost a few dollars to ship. It will likely be a few more days until I get the disc back in the mail. Don't have a confirmed date yet. But stay tuned for updates in the next few days when I get them. Once I get the disc back I'll be able to send it to someone same or next day.

I have one copy of Wii Sports 1.00 too, but I kinda need the money (baby coming on the way), I just need to know for how much it will sell, if it's a good amount I will be interested into selling the disc.

Sorry for the late update, it's been taking a very long time to receive the disc back from the resurfacing company. I did receive an email today

"Order details indicate that your order was placed on 11/22 with the chosen shipping method of 'Standard: 5-7 Business Day Arrival (M-F)'. With this in mind, as well as the fact that your disc was received via first class mail 12/2 and the advertised 2 business day turnaround time for the service, the order would have an ETA of 12/13 - 12/15."

Since it's been a while I might as well create a new thread once the disc actually comes in the mail, but it looks like I should be getting it any day now and it will be ready to ship to a runner!

What's all the talk about 1.0 about? What's the advantage?

1.0 skips a cutscene at the beginning of baseball, and some smaller cutscenes throughout.

In very very basic terms, less cutscenes and less lag.
