If it would be that simple we should have ini files uploaded in 'Resources' menu. We all use different system and those .inis looks a bit different everyone. Copy and paste could actually 'broke' a game. I will give you an example. Those lines are different for every language:

If you missing file (line) that is actually in your game installation folder you can soft lock a game because game didn't load some content that is required to play a game / push forward through quest line.

You doing glitchless just because glitches looks very hard? That's wrong! You should definitely try infinite sprint glitch and make a judge before you do glitchless. Sprint Glitch might be tricky to get on SSE but it's 100% consistent on normal edition. It makes life easier, you can jump with sprint speed, your jumps are much longer and save so much time. Jump over Alduin wing with sprint glitch is 100 times easier.
Anyway, you don't need to use all glitches if you not aiming for WR, just avoid horse tilting and load warp and you can do sub 40 mins with little practise.
We have partly council skip. We don't use it in Any% because qsql is faster. Watch Rexi's run at games done quick in Sweeden. I don't have a link, maybe he will post it
How is council looks like on console? You can't quick save, right?
Is it a chance to add single level leader board for NG+?
Don't know is it good idea because this game is not popular to speedrun so there will be not many runs submitted. I'd like to run some single levels but not all of them.

You can run any category you like on Xbox, just pick "Platform: Xbox" when you submit a run. Unfortunately you can't compete with PC runners. Skyrim is much faster on PC.
I don't have a Xbox, I can't help you with timing but in the worse case scenario you can record your gameplay and submit with no timer displayed.
I had same idea like you Sayber. Played Enderal for like one hour or so and first 30 mins it's just cutscenes. Maybe you can skip it somehow, maybe not. Who knows. I am done with this mod
Edit. I used infinite sprint glitch and infinite power attacks in my casual play through. I can confirm those glitches works

Little update folks. There is one more line we don't skip at current route. Line is located at the cutscene after first fast travel. "Let those that watch from Sovngarde envy us this day!" Timed only top 3 languages:
Language / Time / Summary English / 5.24 / 31.84 French / 5.63 / 31.13 Polish / 5.50 / 31.93
French is 0.71 seconds faster over English

Don't get me wrong, I do not say more moderators is bad idea, maybe even SPY3R will be glad with guys trying to help him but come on guys, mods have own life. Verifying run every few days isn't a sign of bad moderation.
