EnglandThis is actually done if you look at the 80 Star Legacy Any% Enemies Normal category. It is allowed in Any% and the time taken to activate red stars is included in the speedrun. I am guessing that the reason CarlIsBored did not do it in the current Any% category is because he either did not know about it or could not laugh clip consistently.

Ender_Rock, can you show how? Sub 5 minutes seems completely impossible, in this category at least.
This rule set might need to be changed, but the rules do say that you do not have to collect it because it cannot be spawned in post game.
Palm said to press Shift + S + Space all at the same time but that does not work for me.
I press it in the order of S -> Space -> Shift, probably on consecutive frames, but I do not think that it is that precise. This order seems to work for me almost 100% of the time.
Honestly I do not really think that there is much point in this, considering that it only affects 2 levels in the game, maybe saving around 15 seconds over usually.
It is already an individual level category. The Thing you collect for completing the Kickin' with Kickstands Cal/fireguy chase is called 'Fireman'. That is the category you are looking for.
Why is this in glitchless? You obviously use some form of speed glitch, as there is no way that my world record for this category is beatable by over 0.7 seconds.

@Its_Saberz run is cheated. He used exploits to increase his walkspeed. I have posted evidence of this in the Escape Siren Cop's Prison Speedrunning Discord.
For #3 you can still clip on the stairs into the kitchen if you press C 3 times quickly and then press W a bit after, but I haven't found a way of clipping directly outside on the stairs as said in #2.
ToAST is actually possible with 4, maybe more, less jumps. The section where Candyman goes from 25-30 jumps can be skipped with 1 jump. You can use the killbricks before that section to jump up to the teleporter above.
