I was screwing around with the odd thought that "You know, Freddy is kinda like power armor from Fallout 4". Turns out that that... halfway was true. I was trying to get through the wall initially into mazercise, and at one of the attempts, he opened up the door. The door barrier is still physically there, but another attempt from the corner of the open door facing inwards actually pushed me through the barrier into mazercise without needing the pass to open it.

I should explain better on how I did it. Shove freddy's back against the corner of the door. Get out facing away. Door "should" open. Get back in Freddy. Face towards the inside of the room while still in the corner. If you hop out towards the room, the animation of you walking forwards slightly should push you through the barrier and into the room.

ETAB is a relatively simple, but inconsistent at the moment, glitch that can be used to bypass nearly 60% of the game. It allows you to push past the one-way pipes that lock you out of areas until you get the respective upgrades to enter through the correct side.

It is called ETAB because you're essentially pressing E and Tab at the same time. It requires you to have Xiphorrea (Blade Dash) and Parasitism. Hold E to dash, but when the arrows first show up for your dash, press tab. Press tab again to exit parasitism while still holding E. You will fly forwards at a very high speed, allowing you to clip through one-way pipes and (somewhat) into a wall. This can be used to skip everything that comes in the game after Relith HQ and return to BSL-4 which requires no more than dash to progress through.
