From what i know, there isn't; maybe you could do something in the console to disable it but i dunno, i think it makes it more challenging

I think a really interesting fastest death speedrun would be the Pet The Vegetables April Fools v0.99 speedrun; it would be fun to actively try to dodge the spears for more than 5 seconds straight.

but there's a different april fools easter egg that both v0.81 and v0.99 share

I see runs for v0.63's April Fools on the website, but not the version that both v0.81 and v0.99 have. Is this for a specific reason, or has nobody noticed yet?
