Apparently the notification system isn't working right now (same for the new runs), so I just saw your message.
It's his 1:43:55 on RE4C, but there's no video. There's still a video from his 1:45:42 though (on Twitch and on YouTube as well), so it's the "official" WR. The 1:46:45 is just an old PB, but since there's still a video from his 1:45:42, the one from his 1:46:45 is not really useful. 
But technically yeah, his best run (on Normal) is his 1:43:55 (the one on our website, I put his 1:45:42 video so you can click on it but with a 1:43:55 time on the board, because it's better than no video at all).

That being said, the NG Normal category is not really a popular category (anymore), so there are almost no (more) runs on it, which explains why the NG Normal WRs are not really good... (they should be faster than NG Pro runs, but NG Normal is not really an optimized category, it used to be back in the day, but with the new strats/glitches, the times are obsolete now).

Could be. Out of curiosity, what games would you consider 1,2 and 3? I know there's a mix of NG black, sigma, 2 and 3, razor's edge etc out there

have you added "Scriptable Auto Splitter" to your livesplit layout? and have you changed the main timing method to In-Game time?

3 options: Buy the game on Xbox 360 or PS3. I'm not sure if there's any advantage/disadvantage to playing on console (although PC has a load remover), spend $80 on a steam code from a 3rd party site, or pirate the game. There's a good torrent if that's the option you want to take.

I am currently interested in doing RE7 runs but I see you all are using reset? for example the entrance of the guest house when the first autosave appears. I tried and it actually added In Game time to my run? Am I doing this wrong? I am also trying to do this on PS4

I am curious about doing a Any% run on the X360, I was curious if there was any settings that helped speed up the game that I didn't know about. like the Frame rate Etc.

Me and my friend are interested in trying New Game+ Coop. But are there any differences between 360 and xbox one? I only got a xbox one but he has both. so whichever is faster can be made happen
