Currently it is set to Any%, which is the fastest category.
Personally I would like to change it to Alucard, because that category is more active (more runs total, more runs recently as well, including the WR changing hands).

Hey everyone, I have added rules for the existing categories. If you can spare a moment, please look them over and refine or make suggestions. Hopefully I captured the existing consensus on what the routes mean.
Items that could possibly cause controversy:
- For Grant runs, I explicitly disallowed recruiting other characters. There's absolutely no reason to do that in the US version, and I seriously doubt it in the JP version either. So if anybody thinks this is over-constraining and should be removed, I'm likely to agree with you ;)
- The distinction I used for Any% vs. everything else is that you have to get all the orbs and the ends of the stages for your normal route. This way it still allows the commonly accepted minor glitches, for ex., use of the stairs glitch for Grant on stage 9. Hopefully it'll also serve as a good dividing line if any new warp glitches are discovered. If anybody can think of a better wording I'm all ears...
- I allowed accidentally accepting Sypha (or anybody else) in the Trevor only run, as long as you don't switch characters because there's no benefit to doing this (it's a couple seconds slower to accept sypha vs. rejecting her).
