The moderator can try contact the site support by email, and ask for help to recover their account. If it doesn't help, or the moderator doesn't want to do that, or the moderator doesn't care about speedrun anymore to go through this process - you can request moderation for the game yourself, through the support hub.
New platforms should be requested in the support hub: https://www.speedrun.com/knowledgebase/supporthub/request-platform
This is a question which you better ask on the official site for Tool Assisted Speedruns: http://tasvideos.org/forum/
It seems there isn't a specific resource or forum-channel for Mobile games, but you might find similar questions there. If not, then ask there yourself; people there should help you much better than here.
I grew up with computer that had Windows 3.11, which ran MS-DOS games.
I don't remember exactly the order of games I played at the time (age 3-4), but the first game I played was probably Dangerous Dave:
I didn't really focused on this however, because I never managed to pass level 4 or 5 (probably like 99.9% of the players who tried this game).
After that, the group of games I mostly played at the time were 2d platform games, developed or published by Apogee Software. Those were mainly: Commander Keen, Duke Nukem 1, Hocus Pocus, Crystal Caves.
Those were my favorite games to play at the time, and probably shaped my love for action 2d platform games up to today.
Edit: Just wanted to add that I tried to beat Dangerous Dave again, about 1 year ago. I STILL didn't manage to beat it, and was stuck at around the same place as I was as a kid. Watching speedruns of the game didn't help.
All those runs are multi-player speedruns which were submitted by other people, and one of the players in those runs has the in-game username "cosmic" or "dark_cosmic". They submitted the name "cosmic" as the secondary player, without regard to check if that name is already taken by an existing account on the site.
So the moderators will either have to change the name to the actual sr.c account of the player; or they could add a flag to the name, which automatically disconnect the name from any exist sr.c account.
In all games I moderate, I don't require audio ONLY if the game has a reliable in-game timer, which can make splicing impossible (or at least super difficult). Otherwise, audio is a must for me to verify a run.
"Promotion" is the exact name of your game? Well, that sucks. The URL https://www.speedrun.com/promotion was used to link to a special page that contains the speedrun.com logos, and then it was moved to the new knowledge-base section. It appears that the old URL is still active as a redirect to the new URL.
This bug is exactly what is described here: https://www.speedrun.com/the_site/thread/mm5v6 When a game has the same abbreviation as one of the "reserved" urls of the site - the game is practically hidden from everyone.
You should contact site staff for this so they could help you. Temp fix should be to change the "promotion" abbreviation to something else, until the entire URLs bug will be fixed.
