Hey there! I'm looking to get into running this game and potentially coming up with a new category specifically designed to be played in the BestOfNES's Big20 event and was looking to link up with other fans of this game for assistance. I can't seem to find any discord servers for this game or the Dizzy Fandom at all.

The new category I've been thinking for the Big20 is an "all mini games" run, not counting the final fight against Zacks, of course, since that's just finishing the game.

The run would require the following tasks be completed:

• Reach the final exit of the mine cart ride. Early exits do not count as the game being completed.
• Complete the bubble game.
• Reach the final exit of the barrel ride. Again, taking an early exit would not count as completion.
• Complete the archery game to gain access to Keldor Castle.
• Complete any one extra life puzzle. Just one will do and it doesn't matter which one.

The purpose of this category is to have something that fits the format of Big20's shortened style runs and to showcase the cooler parts of this game that make it so memorable.

I had the gold cart (blue NES version) in mind when devising this, but I don't see why the Aladdin (Red NES version) wouldn't also work.

Not sure if anybody monitors this board anymore, but if anyone reads this, any thoughts on it? Is there a discord I can join to link up with like-minded Dizzy fans?
