The rules for IL's are the same as any%. Which basically means that Glitch mode/april fools exploit is not allowed.

So, I'm new to this game, but some people might know me from gta v. I have looked around, trying to find a tutorial style video explaining how to do these dupes and instapasses with no luck.

Could someone easily explain this to me? Which of the F buttons do what, and how to use them properly.

I've also seen other people in stream chats asking for this, so I might not be the only one who needs this.
