For the first one it's just any% but you get the toad hint art in ruined and then buy the luigi outfit and for the second one it would be very rng based and there is a possibility that luigi's balloon world will shut down eventually. Also post CE ideas in the smo discord

All Crystal Stars would just be Any% til Chapter 7 so there's no reason for it currently, it could be a category in future if any% didn't require you to get All Crystal Stars
