Well, I thought I could let RTA on the leaderboard, but add IGT aside of it and use it to get make the leaderboard. In fact, that way, I would only be second, since you have a better IGT than me.

i was wondering if you would consider me as becoming a moderator of The Room Three. I'd like to improve the leaderboard and also become part of the game's serie.

About the leaderboard, I'd like to add IGT in the leaderboard so we can rely on it instead of the Real Time Attack. In fact, RTA are quite relative to your phone's power. I have a decent phone for sure, but if we could consider IGT instead of RTA, then I would only be second in the game.

As you might not know, I'm serious in games moderation. I won't do anything that could ruin the leaderboard, and I'm always fair to people.

If you want, we can discuss about that on Discord. If you accept me as a moderator, I won't disappoint you.

Thanks to Tyriounet with whom I spoke earlier for those last 2 weeks, we found that something was wrong with tightening bolts as fast as the World Record. Since we couldn't find why, I asked directly to the devs why such a thing happened. With their agreement, here is our exchanges about the game's updates :

There is my question : did you make any change in the bolt screwing speed? Did you put a maximum speed we can't exceed?

Hi! Yes there was a change where regular spanner was made slower when I introduced Ratchet Set. I don't remember about maximum speed, but it might be that there is such as well... Hopefully this answers your question :)

With this, regular Stock Tyres can't be used to pass the inspection, A new route has to be found to get new tyres. Here is also some other minor change to take in count to new speedrunners :

30.04.2018 update :

"-Fixed issues with day sometimes advancing or not advancing when sleeping or loading"

To sum up everything, passing the Inspection now requires new Tyres, we can't tighten bolts as fast as before, and we can't cheat with daytime anymore.

Here is what concludes 2 weeks of research about this game. :) What i'll do now is updating MSC's speedrun's categories to take these updates in count.

I'm currently working on the speedrun of the game. I'd like to reach the leaderboard with a pretty descent time. My main problem to be in less an hour is this one : How is it possible to tighten bolts as fast as Tyriounet ?

I tried many things, including the use of AutoHotKeys to get a fast spanner, but even with this, I'm waaaay slower than him.

Does anyone has an idea ? Maybe even you, Tyriounet ? For now, I'm taking about 27 minutes only to fix the hole body of the car.

As you may already know, I'm a quite fan and runner of the "The Room" serie. :) I see you're feeling quite alone. I wish I could join you on this adventure, but for now, my phone is waaay too slow. (Maybe I'll make my first try on Emulator).

For recording on mobile phone, there is an option on most android's phone which is called mirror screen (It can have other names). There is, on Windows 10, a "Connect" software which can be used to display your phone on Windows. With this, just using a regular split soft like LiveSplit and recording with OBS can do the job.

I also see you're alone on the moderation of the game. Considering the message you sent on the WR (GG, btw :) ), i'd like to propose myself as moderator of the game (I wish to become moderator of the serie) :D

If this guy doesn't ask for this and show his race, we can't tell him if it's legit or not.

I don't think we could easily define what a 100% run could really be. For me, the most complete and precise run existing is the any% with Epilogue.

Anyway, if the moderators wish to add a 100% run with precise objectives, I'm listening. But for me and considering the game, I don't really think it could be relevant.

I agree with you. Indeed, I didn't remember the rules for Full Assembly. Sorry about that. A near 100% category would be with the rally, in my opinion. For the Driving car, I'm also OK. Full assembly is way enough.

If I take back what I was saying, The "New" Pass the inspection could be Deathless or not, because you have to drive your car to Fleetari's shop, and then wait for a day to get new tires on the car. A death warp to lead you to your house and then to your bed could make you gain some time, that's why I had this idea. Plus, There's a permanent death mode in the game, so, if people play with this mode, and some without, we could need two separate categories.

What do you think? You may want to check first if the old route is still possible or not, which I understand. But in all cases the any% is no more feasable because of the new rule of the game : "Old tires are rejected in Car inspection".

After looking after Tyriounet's WR done a year ago, I realized it wasn't the same version of the game that we currently have. for example, it seems that now, without proper tires, the car can't pass the inspection. Plus, there's several categories we could add to improve the game's interest. Here are a few examples :

• Deathless
• Allowing death
• old game's version

And some subcategories :

• Pass the inspection => Already done but can be divided with : => Any% => Driving Car
• Full Assembly (Also done)
• Win the Rally
• Full Assembly and Car Inspection

These are only few ideas for the game, but at least a few of those categories and sub categories need to be added. What do you think about that? Do you think it could be interesting enough for players?

Also, I talked with Tyriounet about becoming part of the moderators. If you wish, I would like to become part of the moderation process so I could add those elements I was talking about.
