Yeah, I've used these I guess my question is more so could I make such an external tool, or a mod that tracks these things, legally. I think I'll also ask in the discord I just thought to go here first thanks though!
Hi!
Context:
I've been speedrunning for a bit and recently have been more interested in the content creation aspect of streaming speedruns. So I wanted to make a twitch bot or something (I haven't fully fleshed out the details...) that keeps track of stats and essentially lets chat play bingo or something.
Question:
I wanted to ask here if there are any stats tracking mods or external programs that are legal and being used? If not I can take a stab at making one but I wanted to ask for any mods here how I would go about working with moderators to make one that doesn't illegitimize runs? or if that's even an option?
More info:
Some stats I'd look for that I've brainstormed are things like visited X biome, got X achievement, X kills vs X drops, etc. Things that could be found on the stats or an AA tracker or something... I don't know too much about what makes a mod illegal here which is why I'm asking!
Thanks! :b Much love! <3
So, I want to speedrun the co-op category with a friend of mine and I was reading through the rules but I'm still unclear about how we can make it multiplayer without using console commands. I usually use ngrok since I won't port forward my router and ngrok requires that I enter the command ./ngrok tcp <port number>. Did this rule mean no Minecraft commands or no commands in terms of like terminal.
