Absolutely, that's a great idea - we're planning to iterate on the UI. In the short term, there should be an update today that will ensure if you disable the feature from the Beta Feature tab, the video will also be removed/disabled.

@Lyren Currently you can remove the featured run by clicking the star from beside the run in the list of runs. We're working on some more convenient solutions!
