In my opinion requiring external software to be competitive is almost never a good thing for a games main category.
Make sure you don't tab out or pause in submissions. Allowing it for this run because it's 29 minutes
Next time don't pause the game at all during the run, it can get your run rejected.
Yes it does matter. It makes your hammer move faster or more slower!
^ Ignore this, MRDG9 is oversimplifying things. Sensitivity does not alter the maximum hammer speed since it's capped by the game. It only affects the amount of mouse movement needed to reach max speed.
Low sensitivity = more mouse movement for max hammer speed High sensitivity = less mouse movement for max hammer speed
Both result in the exact same max speed. Low sensitivity offers better control, while high sensitivity facilitates quick movements but sacrifices precision.
Next time you submit a run you should include the full starting animation, including the fade-in from black
You need to include the entire fade-in / starting animation. The best way to do this is to include around a second of the previous run or main menu.

If you don't trim videos in your future submissions your runs are likely to be rejected. Also, only enter "in-game time" when submitting, leave "time" blank.
You need to trim the video. You can use free editing software like DaVinci Resolve to do this. Windows even comes with software that lets you trim videos, it's not hard.
By montage to you mean splice? He's not cheating. He's livestreamed himself playing and there's plenty of videos of Blastbolt being good.
