Quick one, today I've removed the sub categories of Any% & Perfect from All Achievements, so now All Achievements is just the category with no subs. Reason for this - All Achievements Perfect (and by extension UnPerfect) is currently impossible. Chapter 9 Perfect requires you to break a cage gate to get the Link's Sword Secret, whilst All Achievements requires you to not break any cage gates. Have tested, and there is no one of achieving both, as the achievement only unlocks upon completing the stage. Will talk to the developers to see if there's any way around this in the long-rumoured Patch 13.
