Fighting puppet ganon doesn't change anything. You still have to do morth hover.

After choosing to either fight PG or skip him, you have to do a morph hover up to Gannon. The only way around this is if you choose to get Hookshot (different run from any% entirely). There are other categories for you to run if MH isn't your thing. Depending on the amount of time you have to play, I would recommend doing Glitchless or AD. I believe when you're saying ''morth hover'' you're referring to pg skip. In no mss pg skip isn't allowed. You have to kill phantom ganon and do morth hover. Unless you just get the hookshot ig.

Costa Rica

That's in WWSD afaik PG Skip isn't banned in noms for WWHD. To answer your question, there's no issue on fighting Puppet Ganon in Any% No MSS, most if not all runners do, in that category. After fighting PG there is 1 Morth Hover you need to do in your case called Bomb Hover, but that one is fairly short, and it's about 10s of mashing. By morth hover, we are actually talking about the trick after fighting puppet ganon used to skip hookshottin the top platform. It's a short zombie hover and significantly easier than PG skip. It is also mandatory in any%. If you want to skip the ganondorf cutscene you need to do 2 morth hovers. Otherwise if you aren't as comfortable with the trick, you can just do 1 and watch the cutscene.
