Hi, I have a few questions about the rules of the run. First, can I record the game using a phone? Also, do I need to do splits or is it optional? Also, can I stop the timer to take a break or does it have to be done at once? Thank you for taking the time to answer.

1. As long as the footage is clear/clean, yes a phone will do
2. Splits are optional.
3. It has to be done in one sitting, you can't stop the timer.

Also if you check the rules for categories, until you reach a certain time video proof is not required
