The issues with this are several. Firstly, who on earth would run it? Secondly, do you realize how long this would take? Thirdly, who would run this? Fourth, this is more than what 100% normally requires, IIRC.

no Glitches is a good name

We already have a category that does exactly this and more (100% all menus + figurines). Only difference is that it allows glitches. There's no point to your category.
