Hey everyone, for the last 3 days I've been looking for the older version of this game. I can't seem to find it. I even bought this game off steam and tried to downgrade it. But of course that didn't work. I was hoping someone could help me out.

To get it patched to 1.1, you will need a patch from https://www.patches-scrolls.com/two_worlds.php The patch you need is the European Edition patch at the bottom of the list.

If I buy the US physical PC version of this can I use that same link to patch it to “european 1.1” or am I forced to buy that european version shown above?

You have to buy the European 1.0 and patch it to 1.1 the US version is patched higher than that, and can't be rolled back. Well it can but the game wont work.
