We discussed that on the Discord server, but I post it here because it may cause confusion for who don't know that.

There is an opinion that the timer-ends timing of True Ending should be changed.
Current: when "END" appears New: when True Ending starts [First frame of flash]
If we change to the new timing, existing records is not be invalid. It can retime.
At present, many people agree with this new timing. If there is no overturn in this discussion, I will update the rules on August 1st 2019.
The reason for having a period before the change is to make it known to those who don't know the new timing yet.
As planned, I retimed and changed the rules.

- At the beginning it was supposed to be LRT/RTA, but during the community decision we had to give it as RTA/LRT for the time being, because there are a lot of runs
