7:15 Hammer Grab and 23:28 Finish!

First try on the bridge skip to Life Town. Had an extra encounter going into P2. No encounter going into P3 and got the jar so I could skip a key and a door. One bad death in GP to a spicy chicken, but I needed a magic refill, anyway.
