Lap 5. Feels like a very clean flap, I wouldn't know where to begin to improve this... though I don't doubt that 14.1 is possible somehow. Maybe just by getting incredibly lucky with timer cycles.

Probably TAS is 13.x somehow :) (Or 0.x with the usual TAS madness.) Played in DOSBox 0.74, max cycles.
