some people also put splits/facecam on the right of the game but imo this isnt good. i believe the timer and face cam should be to the left of the game and then the chat should be to the right. making the most important part (the game) be in the center of your screen and you can easily and quickly look over at the splits, facecame or chat if needed.

with timer and facecam next to the twitch chat it looks very cluttered

used to be a thing but it was removed because it caused heavy load on the server or something. no clue why it wasnt reimplemented, it was a cool feature

this has been asked often on the forums and i allways wonder why wont people want to make a youtube or twitch account? if you dont want the run videos to be public then make them unlisted on youtube(?)

i block ads so ive forgotten they exist (you can use brave on your phone to block ads).

my problem with the site is that nowadays the forums are 90% bots so there is no reason to read the forums anymore

i had already thought about making an autosplitter for when the full game is released. the only problem is console runs, the idea of manually retiming loads doesnt seem that fun.

separating pc and console is also an option but not sure if its the best one since assumably pc and console wont be any different other than controller.

i remember there at least used to be a website thatd do exactly this but only with world records. i remember finding that accidentally when i was looking at the views for one of my runs and a bunch came from that site for somereason

ps2 and ps3 speedruns generally do not accept emulator runs due to their inaccuracy. ps1 games limit to usually mednafen and duckstation and even then you need specific settings

mute "desktop audio" on obs. if you still want game audio you can pick it up with "application audio capture" source on obs

i downloaded and installed vmix and the registeration page allows you to register a free basic edition. assuming you just want to fix the audio then that should be enough right?

sorry not really helpful but why were you using vmix? why not straight up put the capturecard feed into obs with the "video capture device" source?

dont know if itll help you but if you write each split name into a cell in excel or google sheets you can copy paste a selection of cells into livesplits edit splits
