When in the air moving left/right, while mashing Select of all buttons it transitions you to the following cutscene, thus skipping the stage. This let's you "complete" the game in just a few seconds.

This glitch may or may not exist in other The Mojon Twins games.

So you could get it from any enemy then? There were some I tried to get it from but couldn't. From my new run I do the boost in 1-2, 1-3 and 2-1, all while I'm in the air.

Could you also update the rules for the categories for when to start the timer?

Here it is on emulator (console is easier because no input lag), there's really no setup to it.

That last clip you do at the boss, you just turn around and mash? Its looks no different than the desert clip.

No, I just run into the wall all the way then start mashing.

Just mash jump the moment you start falling let go of A, then hold left once you fall through otherwise you’ll fall further and get stuck.

The version I used was able to work on my everdrive so I used that. Besides the title screen i dont think theres any other difference unless you found something?

I avoid going left at all.

I've tried to work that one, but not sure how it works, been only able to do it once.

The setup I found easy to do involves killing the enemy first as soon as you see him, then go back left enough to respawn him. Then you need to do a full jump and hold right on the correct spot and you'll be able to air walk. The pictures show where you should be.

From what I read, the easier mode doesn't spawn Dracula from the capsules, and you do not take damage from the water/lava. This only applies for the first stage only.

It also says all attacks do a decreased amount of damage, though I'm not sure if this applies to all enemies or not, cause some seem to do about the same regardless of which mode.

He probably means old runs on youtube, I see many games with no runs yet there are videos on youtube.

Yeah rules should explain timing, why is NES and SNES versions end time not the same?

I think we should discuss this with others. I feel all orbs and items should be considered, the map in my opinion not really but it does count it after the credits so that we can decide to leave it or not.

Best time I've done all skips is 48.5s, while best time for all bosses is 90s by Canataloupeme. Should give you a perspective on how much this new strategy can save you.

EDIT: So I went to look back at TheStrahl's video from Feb 10, 2014 (), at 26:55 you can see where he went backwards on the wrong pixel giving him 2 more heads to fight.

Then we go 30+ months later and I accidentally do the same thing () at 0:16 very closely you'll see me wiggle back while in the air on the correct pixel, this allowed me to skip the ghost boss fight. Less than a day TheStrahl figured out all the correct pixel spots to skip the bosses in the boss rush.

Great find to a 25+ yr old game, something the TASers didn't even see.
