I've got no capture device but i have been getting some alright times. Is it okay if i record my screen with a camera and submit that? I know the quality will be horrific.

It's all i have right now unfortunately and i'd like to start practicing until i get a PC.

Like what type of capture device will i need and just general tips for speed running this game.
