I recently ran pit% for the first time and in room 25 the key spawned at the door for no apparent reason as shown below
Tonight I tried to recreate this thinking it had something to do with tricking the game into thinking I had soft locked by not being able to kill the chain chomp and vice versa, but I couldn’t get the key to spawn like it did before as shown below
Can someone please explain how this happened?
That’s true, a lot of games do have a blindfolded category. I’m not a moderator, so I really have no idea how hard this would be to manage. If it’s manageable, this would be a great addition to the leaderboard
After trying this, I’d love to see it become an official category. Though it would be very hard to know if someone’s cheating.

I’ve been considering getting a faster version of Wii sports, but I don’t know how much time each version saves over another. Would getting a faster version be worth the money?

For the trick challenge split: I couldn’t remember where the game was, so I just went with a game that I was familiar with.
I didn’t know about the ice fishing as a backup! I might have to try that next run ;)
Title says it all. Can we add a category for 2 player and 3 player 9 hole golf?
What does it take to emulate it? I have an intel core I3 and 4 gb ram. Is this enough?
Basically, it’s 16 star but the timing stops after the second bowser fight. (I think it’s called bowser in the fire sea? But I may be wrong)
This is intended for people running the 3D All Stars version. Since that version doesn’t have BLJs to get into the 3rd story, the time would just stop after the second bowser fight.

So I was doing some level 1 runs when I noticed I got an extreme amount of height from jumping off of a gusher. I tried skipping one the locks in level 1, and it worked. Would something like this work in other levels? Edit: sorry if this is common knowledge, I just wanted to let y’all know in case it wasn’t
