Admittedly, while I play the entire game blindfolded, there 2 moments I take my blindfold off to align my cursor over a shoulder: right when the game starts, and the moment after collecting the diamond. I found trying to find the character with my cursor blindfolded to be unnecessarily difficult, and not the fun part of speedrunning this game, so I focused on just the gameplay itself blindfolded. If someone else can do that and still beat the game, more power to them.
