Is there a difference between different type of bluetooth wireless controller usb adapters for the switch because of response times and that kind of stuff wouldn't a pro controller be better? Or are they all the same and I am just being crazy...

im not really sure what you mean but there shouldnt be any noticable differences in latency between controllers or if you use wired or wireless

For a while, wired Pro Controllers were actually slower than using wireless. Thanks Nintendo.
