Got the sub 30. Also got a sub 29, because why the hell not!? Not sure if I'll improve this. Hate story-style Sand Ocean and Radical Highway too much (I might try NG+ at some point though). Only splits I'm not really happy with are Route 280 and Flying Dog and I can live with that, lol.

(note: I accidentally hit a hotkey in Livesplit after the run and I had to manually re-input all my times, so my splits.io splits aren't accurate to the exact frame, if that even matters)
