Step into the door, aim to the left of the hunter (do not get too close and aiming directly at it seems to change the rng). If you're doing this right the hunter will jump at you every time. Cancel the aim and run to the corner of the bed to avoid the attack, then move on to the tape.

After picking up the tape, you want to rotate the camera back around quickly, looking up using the tiles to guide your line (as shown in the video). Be aware of where the hunters are and pay close attention as they can block your path a little (while trying not to look at them as much as possible).

IF you get the RNG where the 2nd hunter jumps on and off the bed. MOVE AWAY! Otherwise it will hit you (you can see me take a wider line when this happens in the video).
