How is X faster than Y by 3-4 seconds?

only gameplay difference i seem to recall is xerneas provokes a different 2nd poke from final lysandre than yveltal (e: also xerneas kills mienshao faster than yveltal)

I just remembered. Xerneas provokes Honchkrow, which Lucario can easily setup on, whereas Yveltal provokes Pyroar, which can kill Lucario with Fire Blast.
